It was a fun day and I was admittedly hung over from the night before so it worked out well. I slowed it down and came in easy today.
Sat, 19 Apr 2008 04:00:00 +0100 Fri, Apr 18, 2008 http://ATDRoadtoBoston.fastrunningblog.com/blog-04-18-2008.html

Nice and easy morning run today after yesterday's push

Fri, 18 Apr 2008 04:00:00 +0100 Thu, Apr 17, 2008 http://ATDRoadtoBoston.fastrunningblog.com/blog-04-17-2008.html It was a swift but easy run today where I hit the faster end of my mile times while still having breath to spare when I finished. I've built my miles back up so now I'm running 5 miles a day for 5-6 days a week. My times have improved as well to the point that I can run an average comfortable mile at 8.5 minutes but range from 7.5 - 9.5 depending on the day. Today I did pretty well running 5 miles in just under 40 minutes.

I have not run a 5K in quite some time but I would say I could get it done in 23 minutes. Oops ... I meant to say 5K sorry!

Tue, 15 Apr 2008 04:00:00 +0100
