I ran 3 Chicago Marathons in 2001, 2002, and 2003. My personal best was a 3:46 in the 2002 Chicago Marathon.

Short-Term Running Goals:

I have really let myself go over the past 5 years. I want to return to form and regain my stride as a serious distance runner.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to qualify for the Boston Marathon and eventually finish an ironman triathlon.

I did not run today but walked about 3 hours across the Brookfield Zoo. It was a fun day and I was admittedly hung over from the night before so it worked out well.
